Holly Madison Plays it Coy Re: Benji

Holly Madison continues to play it coy when it comes to her relationship with Good Charlotte’s Benji Madden. Despite a stream of Twitter communiqués in which she tells him she wishes she was with him, etc., when asked about the music man, whose past romances have included Paris Hilton, she says, ‘We just talk. He’s on tour right now.’

And she is very, very busy with her career. ‘I’m pretty ambitious and I get bored easy,’ she lets us know.

The one-time Hugh Hefner girlfriend and ‘Girls Next Door’ star is getting ready for the launch of her big new reality show for E!, ‘Holly’s World,’ that kicks off June 13. That’s in addition to performing six nights a week doing her ‘Peep Show’ at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas.

‘I love it. It’s really fun. I love all the energy of being onstage. I love the show itself,’ says the platinum blond bombshell, who goes topless in two numbers of the show that opened last year. ‘It opened at a time, with this economy, that was the worst possible time for it to succeed and still be open,’ she notes, ‘and I’m proud about that.’

FREQUENT FLIER CBS has confirmed its pickup of the ‘Hawaii Five-0’ reboot starring Alex O’Loughlin as Steve McGarrett and Scott Caan as ‘Danno’ Danny Williams — but that doesn’t mean O’Loughlin expects to spend all his time on the islands. ‘I’ll come back on weekends,’ the hunky Australian actor tells us. ‘I don’t think I’ll be able to stay all the time.’ He says, ‘I spend more money on traveling than anything else. I feel like I’m always away from my family. I’m either flying around the world to see them or I’m flying the people I love to me. Sometimes I wish I had become a banker or a builder, to keep me in one spot.’

NOT-SO-FREQUENT FLIER: Kevin Eubanks may not know exactly what’s on his agenda after he concludes his final night as band leader of ‘The Tonight Show’ this Friday (5-28), but he does know he’ll get in a little vacation time. ‘I used to travel a lot before I came to Hollywood — playing music, obviously,’ notes the guitarist. But with his nightly TV gig of 18 years, he pretty much stayed put. ‘I like seeing different parts of the world. I really think it’s incumbent on Americans who can travel to do it, and see what’s going on around the world. I hope that is part of my coming experience, and to share music in different places.’
